Using a photo of your yard or area of your property that you would like to address, we will create a landscape design by dragging and dropping plants and other landscape elements in a professional, landscape photo imaging program, via web conferencing. (Web conferencing requires cable or dsl internet connection). To get started, please fill out and submit the Landscape Questionnaire.  Then, email a photo of the area of your landscape that you would like to address to service@lynnlandscapedesign.com.  Please include your name in the email. I will contact you by phone to review your questionnaire and give you a price quote. From there, I will create a photo-design based on what we have discussed. We will meet at my computer desktop, via web conferencing, to fine tune the design by changing plants as well as textures and other landscape elements. You will receive: a photo-design of your yard with a before picture, a photo-design with text callouts, a lighting design photo (if purchased) and a materials list with plant photos, names and approximate quanties as well as hardscape materials and lighting fixture types if ordered.

Below is a small townhouse yard. The client desired maximized living area with low maintenance plants. Belgard cast concrete, permeable pavers were the choice as the paving surface and easy-to-grow, low-water use plants were chosen for the plant palette.
