LANDSCAPE PLANS
Drafted scale drawings of hardscape features, plantings and lighting, using professional CAD software, resulting in precise, easy to read plans. During the design process, 3D-realistic or photo imaging software are available as design tools to aid in visualizing the proposed finished product. Unique plant palettes are created for each client based on personal taste and unique site conditions. 
*Web conferencing is now available during the design development process. Clients will be invited to view my desktop where I will be able to display plant palette photos, the CAD plan as well as photos of their property. Pen and highlighter tools are available on both sides in order to sketch out ideas as we discuss design options.

LANDSCAPE PHOTO DESIGN ONLINE                                                                                                       **Using a photo or photos of your yard or areas of your property that you would like to address, we will create a landscape design by dragging and dropping plants and other landscape elements in a professional, landscape photo imaging program, via web conferencing. The end result will be a photo-realistic sketch. This service is appropriate when a complete master plan is not needed or desired.                               To learn more, click here.

GARDEN ROOM DESIGN
Taking landscape design a step further and creating unique, outdoor living areas with nooks, niches, lookout spots, fountains, garden accents, furniture, ornaments and color. 

COLOR CONSULTATION                                                                                                                                    Many of my customers take advantage of my art background and hire me to consult with them on house colors both inside and out.

LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CONSULTATION / ESTATE LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT 
Hourly consultation with the homeowner, gardener or gardening crew to ensure that the horticultural needs of the landscape are met and that the landscape is looking it's best throughout the year. This service is available on a weekly, monthly or occasional basis.                                                                

CONTAINER MAINTENANCE                                                                                                                          Weekly visits to water, fertilize, trim and change out plants in pots as necessary.

LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION CONSULTATION
Hourly consultation with the landscape installer to ensure that the design is implemented the way it was conceived in the plan.
